Commis Chef/Demi Chef de Partie
Full Time (35 hrs per week)
Required to work across two sites at the Club - minimum of one years experience in a similar role is desirable. Immediate start for the right candidate.
Requirements A desire to succeed in a catering career. Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required.
Wage Negotiable depending on experience. Position include membership of the golf and leisure facilities.

Kitchen Steward (November - December 2009)
Temporary Contract - 25+ hrs p/w
This post will primarily consist of pot washing and keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and tidy. The Kitchen Steward will assist the Chefs with the day to day running of the Kitchen and carry out related duties as and when required.
Requirements Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
Wage £5.90 per hour

Restaurant Assistants (November - December 2009)
Temporary Contract - (Varying Hours)
We are looking to recruit several Restaurant Assistants to serve food to our guests at the many functions that we will be hosting up until the New Year. Applicants should be well presented, enthusiastic and enjoy working with people in a team environment. Previous experience is preferred although full training will be given. This position could be made permanent subject to performance and suitability.
Requirements Flexibility to work evenings (up until 1.30am) and weekends essential
Wage £6.00 per hour - uniform will be provided
